Background
Josh is the producing Branch/Area Manager with CMG Home Loans and has been in mortgage lending for over 20 years.
Josh believes that education is crucial for the best possible result in both home buying and homeownership. He feels that education is equally important for professionals assisting in the home buying process as it is for homebuyers themselves. With this in mind, Josh serves as the Chairperson of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Education Committee and on the UAMP Board of Directors where he is also the Education Chair. Josh is a Utah DRE licensed CE instructor for realtors and conducts a Home Buyer Seminar which is part of the SLC Library's system's "Financial Fitness" initiative.
