Josh believes that education is crucial for the best possible result in both home buying and homeownership. He feels that education is equally important for professionals assisting in the home buying process as it is for homebuyers themselves. 

Josh served as the 2024 Chairperson of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Education Committee and on the UAMP Board of Directors from 2020-2025. Josh is a Utah Div. of Real Estate licensed CE instructor for realtors and conducts a Home Buyer Seminars for the SLC Library system's "Financial Fitness" initiative.
